Colour rate includes any colour items such as graphs, tints, titles, subtitles and hyperlinks.

Soft Cover Binding

Soft cloth cover, lettered spine only	£36.00 per copy
Soft cover binding, covers provided	£15.00 per copy for 1-10 copies

Hard Cover Binding

Over 300 pages per copy: extra £10 per copy.
