Tonight setup (Gary)
- Create Jo’s FD company + login in MPPAccountAdmin (details below).
- Log in as Jo (not as gary.hazzard) and build three clean samples: 4, 8, 12.
- Name them clearly, e.g. DEMO 4-page, DEMO 8-page, DEMO 12-page.
- Give Jo this script + her username/password.
- Use the Demo content pack for safe images and wording (no real people).
Will Jo see memorials you create as gary.hazzard@lb-solutions.com?
Usually no. Your Lewes login is a different company. FD dashboards only show orders for their company (or orders tagged with their email).
Do this tonight: create the 4 / 8 / 12 samples while logged in as Jo’s account. Then she will see them on her dashboard.
1. Jo’s login (create tonight)
In Production → Funeral Director Accounts (MPPAccountAdmin.aspx), create one company + one login:

2. Before the FD arrives (2 minutes)
- Log in as Jo and confirm DEMO 4 / 8 / 12 are on the dashboard.
- Open the 8-page DEMO once → Design → check text looks right → Review → flipbook works.
- Have one clean photo ready on the desktop for a live upload (optional).
- Close any old memorials that look wrong.
3. Live script (~10 minutes)

- Show dashboard: New Memorial + list of orders.
- Point at status chips briefly — Draft / In Design / Awaiting Approval / Approved.
1:00 Open the DEMO 8-page (safest live sample)
“I’ll open a finished example first so you can see the end result, then we’ll walk the steps.”
- Open DEMO 8-page → Review.
- Click Open Proof Flipbook.
- Show cover alone → facing spreads → back alone.
- Say: family can sit with this on screen before anything is printed.
3:00 Details (what the FD fills in)
“Everything starts on Details — name, dates, theme, page count, photos and the wording for each page.”
- From Review or dashboard go to Details.
- Show: person name, dates, theme, 4 / 8 / 12 pages.
- Scroll the inside page cards — heading + text + optional photo per page.
- Optional: upload one photo live, click Save.
If time is short, do not create a brand-new memorial live. Stay on the DEMO samples.
5:00 Design (layout)
“Design is where you place text and photos. You can leave it to us (InHouse Design), or do Quick Build yourself.”
- Open Design on the DEMO 8-page.
- Show move / resize lightly — do not re-save unless needed.
- Mention: Save keeps the layout for print and flipbook.

“Same workflow for every size. 4 is short and simple; 8 is the usual; 12 gives more room for story and photos.”
- Open DEMO 4 flipbook briefly.
- Open DEMO 12 flipbook briefly.
- Keep each under 30 seconds.
8:30 Approve once
“When the family is happy, you approve once. That locks the version for print. If something changes later, you’d revise and approve again — so there’s always a clear record.”
- On Review, point at Approve this version (do not click Approve on a demo unless Gary says it’s OK).
- Point at Le Bureau workflow / Edit Memorial only if asked.
9:30 Close
“So the day-to-day for you is: Details → Design if you want → Flipbook with the family → Approve. We handle production from there.”
- Offer the FD Help Guide printout / PDF.
- Ask what they’d want for their first real funeral.
4. What to say about the two options

5. Do not do in the demo
- Do not open old memorials that look stretched or wrong.
- Do not spend time in Theme Studio or Production Dashboard with an FD.
- Do not approve a live demo order unless agreed beforehand.
- Do not create a complex 12-page from scratch under time pressure.
6. If something goes wrong
Flipbook blank / text wrong → close it, open a different DEMO sample.
Login fails → use Gary’s FD demo login notes (written below after create).
Need backup → show FD Help Guide PDF and book a follow-up.
