1. How do you want this designed?

FD tool only. Family emails offer Option 1 (we build) and Option 2 (they build) separately — not this screen.

We build: Family Option 1 — details in, Lewes prepares the proof.
Cover and back are included. Inside pages follow the service / priest wording.
You pick the look (background & border), then either design the pages yourself or send the brief to Lewes.
2. Who is this for?
As it should appear on the cover.
Opens at 1950 — use the month and year lists to jump quickly.

3. Funeral details

Inner pages often follow their service order, hymns and readings.
4. Funeral director details
5. Cover details & photo
Upload the cover photo and enter the wording here. Arrange position, size and fonts later in Design (or Lewes will place them if you send the brief).
Leave blank if unused. Do not put date of birth here — that comes from Date of Birth above.
6. Inside pages (priest / service content)
These pages hold the service content — welcome, order of service, hymns and readings — usually led by the priest or celebrant. Add a heading, wording and optional image per page. Visual placement is finished in Design (or by Lewes). Pages shown match your booklet size (4 / 8 / 12). After Save, the browser always shows “No file chosen” — that is normal. A green Saved on this order box means the image is kept.

8. Production Specification
These settings travel with the order to Le Bureau Production and appear on the print job ticket. Use dropdowns where possible so the production specification is clear and consistent.
